Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accompanying materials must be returned intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items
For Customization, and security reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
• Customized or personalized jewelry.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

2- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3- Once approved, the item must be returned securely as instructed.
4- After inspection, you may exchange the item for:
• Another item of equal value
• A higher-value item with the price difference paid by the customer.

Shipping Costs

• SARKY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, please notify us within [48 hours] of delivery. Our team will arrange an exchange at no additional cost after verification.

Right to Refuse Exchange

SARKY reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Governing Law

This Exchange Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
